conservatorship & guardianship
When someone is incapacitated, not able to make decisions on their own, or in need of legal services such as powers of attorney, a conservator or guardian needs to be appointed.
Both conservatorship and guardianship are processes handled through the probate court. We have a great deal of experience in the appointment of a conservator or guardian, as well as working with a court-appointed guardian ad litem. Due to recent changes in conservatorship and guardianship law, it’s important that you have attorney representation. You can rely on the knowledge of our team to ensure the alleged incapacitated person receives the best outcome.
